📋 Terms & Conditions
All attendees, including accompanying persons and children, must be registered for the conference. Entry to the conference venue will not be permitted without a valid registration badge.
a. Children below 5 years of age must be registered under the "Accompanying Member" category for security and logistical purposes; however, no registration fee will be applicable.
b. Children aged 5 years and above must be registered under the "Accompanying Member" category and applicable registration charges will apply.
Postgraduate students are required to upload/submit a valid bonafide certificate issued by their Head of Department/Institution at the time of registration.
Member and non-member registrations are combined under a single category: "Delegate".
The "Accompanying Member" category is applicable only for accompanying spouses and family members.
Banquet access is included in the Delegate registration category. PG Student registration fees do not include banquet charges. PG Students may separately opt and pay for banquet access during registration.
Workshop registration will be charged separately and will open only after the workshop topics and details are finalized.
a. There will be two workshops scheduled on Thursday, 22nd October 2026.
b. Delegates may register for only one workshop out of the available options.
c. A valid conference registration is mandatory to participate in any workshop.
All registrations are strictly non-transferable under any circumstances.
GST, payment gateway charges, and other processing/convenience charges are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellation.
Conference kits will be issued only to the registered delegate upon presentation of a valid conference badge. Collection on behalf of another delegate will not be permitted.
All delegates must carry a valid government-issued photo identification document for verification and entry into the conference venue.
Conference kits and other conference materials for spot registrations will be provided subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
In the event of rescheduling of the conference, and if the revised dates are not convenient to the delegate, only the base registration amount shall be considered for refund, excluding GST, payment gateway, and processing charges.
Delegates are requested to mention their registration number in all official communications with the conference secretariat for quick assistance and tracking.
The organizers shall not be responsible for any loss of personal belongings, injury, delays, and changes in program schedule, postponement, or cancellation arising due to circumstances beyond their control.
💳 Cancellation / Refund Policy
50% refund on the base registration amount, after deduction of applicable taxes and processing charges.
25% refund on the base registration amount, after deduction of applicable taxes and processing charges.
No refunds will be applicable for cancellations received on or after this date.
A. All cancellation requests must be submitted via email from the registered email ID, with the registration number clearly mentioned in the subject line.
B. Registration is strictly non-transferable under any circumstances.
C. GST, payment gateway charges, processing fees, and convenience charges are strictly non-refundable.
D. All eligible refunds will be processed within six (6) weeks after completion of the conference.
E. The date and time stamp of the cancellation email received by the conference secretariat shall be considered the official date of cancellation.
